What is this about?
The song’s name and the bar where it happens are often the quickest way to show a problem.
Used to answer you and nothing else. Leave it blank to stay anonymous.
What gets sent with this Pupitre filled these in so you don’t have to. Edit or clear anything you’d rather not send; the report goes through either way.
That is the whole list. No song, no note you played, no identifier: two reports from the same device cannot be linked to each other.
